I know being a pcp that it doesn't recoil like a normal firearm but I have found that my S510 jumps a bit when fired so unless I pay attention to my grip and follow through I don't get the best accuracy. Has anybody else had this experience with their s510?
FWIW mine is the .25 so I think the heavy hammer and hammer spring is the reason it jumps pretty good? Not sure if the .177 and .22 use softer springs? I know for sure after shooting almost 1000 pellets through it that the problem is NOT the gun but the way I'm holding it. I have a bipod fitted and use a rear bag under the butt of the rifle. If I pay close attention it will shoot .5" at 50 yards but more often than not the groups are closer to .75" with a sometime flyer that opens it up to 1".
Don't get me wrong I still love the gun but after shooting my mutant the s510 feels like shooting a springer lol!
