Hello,
I pulled my stock off my S510 on Friday to give it another boiled linseed oil treatment, as the stock is still pretty dry and sucking up the oil, and I was out of town for the long weekend so it would have a nice drying period.
The aluminum ring that is in the stock, which the air gauge from the receiver fits into, was adhered to the stock with what looked like a dab of silicone. This ring has fallen out of the stock. It was only a small dab on one side of the ring.
I am thinking I should be able to use silicone adhesive, and do a thin ring around where it contacts the stock. Anyone see any reason this wouldn't work?
Thanks,
-pg
