Air Arms S410 fac power reduction help

Hello AGN,

I want to lower the power on my older s410 from 32 Ft Lbs. to 20 or just below. This model does not have a power adjuster and is a bolt action not side lever. Can I just change the hammer spring or is there more to it. I do not have a regulator and it is a .22 caliber. Also where can I get parts for AA in the us.

Pull the spring out and cut coils ( 1/2 ) at a time until you get the velocity you want . No power adjuster necessary . There are some fancier ways of going about it but that’s the easiest .
