AGT vulcan 2 hammer grinding

I have a vulcan 2 bought used around 2 years ago. The previuos owner said the gun was new, he bought it for his daughter, but she was not interested in the hobby, so he sold it. I had a long time problem with the hammer grinding against the action while cocking.
You can see on the picture some griding dust sticks in front on the hammer. This leads to friction, and bad ES/POI/velocity shifting, as it builds up.

You can see it more clear when hammer is removed

After I brush it off with some paper, it gets shiny again

When the gun was new, I could hardly cock the gun after some mags shooting, when it built up. I have then polished the front area on the hammer some, you see it is shiny in the front.
I also have tried some slightly lubing with ballistol, which make it cycle very smoothly. I personally would choose not to lube, as lube dispaer after a while.
What I now hope for is that if shoot the gun enough, and clean off the new grinding dust buildup, the hammer will "brake in".
Any suggestions?
