Really like the Desert color and the look of the tube gun over the bottle. That would make the perfect pesting gun around my house!

Is the Katran LB in .22 capable of being a competitor to the RTI Prophet Performance.22 or other Daystate, Brocock, FX rifles shooting the JSB 25.4 Redesigns at 75 and 100 yds?
From what I’ve read, the HP .22 rifles that are capable of competing in the 75 yd to 100 yd events, Bench Rest, Extreme Field Target, Silhouette and Precision Rifle need to be capable of 50 ft-lbs of energy to be competitive.
Any thoughts?

I thought the share & compare were excellent on both versions of the Katran, good job....the designs were definitely well built, I'll be waiting for the full review, Steve at AEAC always deliver in details, never am I disappointed.....

Interested in the ES of each. I am assuming the internal components of each are the same, but the ES is almost double on the small diameter tube...I wonder if the plays a roll in the performance....

Watch alot of Steve's videos, enjoyed both of you on this last one. I already have the Katran in 177, oh yeah looking forward to a chance to have one in 22 also!!

OMG I love this thing! Doing some pellet culling and accuracy testing with the AirMaks Katran and I left the new EaZy fill and probe tethered up. Every few magazines I'd simply squeeze the lever on the EaZy fill and voila... no hassle, no bleeding/wasted air.

I tested several DonnyFL moderators and 4 of my lightest pellets today. My take-away...
Of the 3 moderators I achieved the best groups in this order:

- JSB Exact 14.3

Wow awesome little gun. I think it will make a good small game hunter or pesting gun. It has character and I love the bottle version. The shot string is pretty good and the shot count is acceptable. Great job guys

Curious to see if the bottle version was tuned 5FPE slower as to how many shots you would get out of it.

I cannot remember if I have ever seen a review or test where JSB 22 14.3's were the most accurate pellet?

Y’all are really making it hard not to buy one! I mostly shoot longer distances 50-200 yards. I really like the CB but a longer gun isn’t a deal breaker.

Steve wasn't hired to do a "Tuning Guide" on his bottle version. But a little math suggests this:
I got 50 shots out of 165cc which is 3.3cc per shot.
The bottle version is 300cc ÷ 3.3cc = 90 shots.
