Aftermarket parts makers for eastern European rifles (C2T lower pic rail mounting)?

Are there Saber Tactical / Kraford & Lypt equivalents for the eastern European rifles?

I'm looking to improve the OEM lower Picatinny rail mounting on a C2T. It is "secured" with one M4 screw, and pinned with a 2.5mm pin.

Using a bipod with an extension....it won't take much to shear the pin. It doesn't matter how tight the bolt is, a hit from the side will allow the rail to spin, and the pin will shear. Perhaps that's the design intent?

I thought I followed up on this. Just around the time of the initial post, I contacted Kalibrgun about the pin. It is not a sheer pin. The "block" will deform before the pin sheers.

A snippet from their response:

".... it can withstand a lateral fracture load of 400 kg. when such a force is applied, the deformation of the part will begin...."
