Who makes a after market barrel for a hatsan BT 65 elite. Mine won’t shoot tight groups at 40 yards. Mine are all over the board

Tuning Aftermarket barrels for Hatsan Bt65

I'd try polishing the bore and adjusting the tune on the gun first. What caliber and what speed are you shooting? Hatsans tend to come with very aggressive tunes focused on power. But may not be conducive to accuracy for several reasons. Otherwise you can try and get another barrel from Hatsan. Some are very good some are not. Next option will be 3x+ more expensive (having blank milled, crowned, and cut for orings)

I had to buy a barrel from Hatsan (when I bought a used BT65 with a junk barrel) about 5 years ago. New Hatsan barrel made ALL the difference. $99 at that time.

No one makes a drop in after market barrel for the BT65 to my knowledge. You'll have to get a replacement from Hatsan, or try and track down a European LW barrel for the BT(that was an option). Otherwise, you'll have to have one machined to fit... I say just order another one from Hatsan and hope for the best. FYI, the barrels for the original Nova, Bullboss, Airmax, and AT44 are the same barrel. Good luck!
