After shimming my scope for more elavation, I shot these groups.......

With the FX 500 Royale. 


Upper left was a slighter with progressive scope adjustments. 
Upper right was 6 shots JSB Kings. 
Lower right was 11 shots with AA Fields  
Lower left was one shot for precision just to empty the chamber before I stored the gun. 

All groups at Fifty yards.Winds light and variable!

I like when shooters show ALL of their results, not just the cherry picked ones.

For years I shimmed the scope rings for my airguns. But now that a few brands (like eaglevision & FX) are making adjustable mounts, I'm a believer in better adjustments. I like to set the turrets to center, adjust the scope mounts, then finely adjust the turrets. No more maxing out the turrets which can cause parallax problems.

I centered my scope mounted in fx mounts , adjusted mounts to around inch and a half high at 25 yds. Using the turrets I zeroed at 25 yds. Then , exactly 1 revolution up on the elevation turret puts my R10 zeroed at 100 yrds ! Very sweet !

rgerling, that's exactly what I want to do so I can get 10 yards to a 100 and more. Haven't exactly figured out how to do it yet. Also don't want to change things because I'm shooting well now and when you change things it makes a lot of work to get your shot curve back. I have to go some place to shoot so it adds to the work. I want to do exactly that so I can extend my range, I'm going to take another look at it soon.
