AEON WARRANTY CONTACT

I need a contact for AEON warranty. I call myself looking on the Aeon site and found no contact us or address for warranty. 

Got and older one really several. Never been in a spring gun and as I have read here this one suffers SW slope and bad adj. Plus the outer edge of the optics has become not so clear. 

Some I've the Aeons were purchased thru Wild West and PA. I am the original buyer.

From what I've seen on P.A. they sell the scopes with no warranty now. But call them to be sure . But it has been that way for some time . -They are sold as is -. Best of luck Darell

Whitefang, I hate to be bearer of bad news but Aeon is out of business. Closed shop and gone by by. I have a 6-24x50 still working. When it bite the dust I/you will have a nice paper weights.

Yes I have made some contacts and as PA SOLD AS IS!

Another prime example if the LifeTime warranty. 

Freaking paper weights

I have a 2 contact emails I'm using to make. Claim. Doult it will do any good but it's worth a shot 

Just what I needed another junked out scope.

Well it all points back to CHINA REALLY think as has been said paper weight. 

Sent them the email as I would think I'm not the first or last to attempt this. 

Even if they will warranty there crap the return shipping will end up not worth the time or money. 

Aeon is for sure junk now.

Mine is still working-as long as you don't try to change magnification-count on a huge POI shift if you do....so I use it at a fixed 16x.

Sure like the trajectory reticle though!

I've got after looking 3 of the things? 

I to like the reticle and the scopes. Mine are not iluminated and even thou I like the fine lines in shaded areas it does get hard to see the reticle. 

Back in the beginning I did a warranty on 1 but that was a dropped one. I had to pay a little but replacement was nothing

They are not the best scope out there for the money but IME they were not bad. 

Like I said poi is still there. Condor .20 @ 80 yards popping bottles and cans with it. 

I really have taken a hit have the many I have if there is no warranty Sadly I just sold a like new Hawk Airmax that would have been great for my Condor. Thought I did not really need it.

I thought the only way a company can renege on a Lifetime Warranty is if they close shop and go bankrupt? Rules may vary from State to State as well? Not my field so not 100%

I'm still on the work to get that warranty that Aeon claims and as was sold to me here in the USA.

IVE MADE several contacts only to find still paper weights. 

Funny thing is PA is selling them as a close out @$199 as is? For a paper weight that's much money. 

eBay and Amazon have them up for sale. I'm sure most Of theses listed are from PA. 

I even contacted the Australian dealer only to get the same as reported here with no help from AEON CHINA. 

This is Shim Sham jacked up deal that should be taken care of. I know there are many Aeon owners out there that have other higher priced Aeon scopes not wanting paper weights.

Funny this topic came up because I have looked into buying a set of maven binoculars in the past but never pulled the trigger because of fear the co could go belly up considering they been around 6yrs. I really shouldn't think negative like this but I dont want to be stuck down the road with junk.

I'm at the end of the trail I have exhausted all my time and effort to find no help in these Aeon scopes.

The adventure has been large and full of info. To the point the consumer and the vendors have taken a loss. Aeon is not attempting to honor any warranty and over the time AEON hit the USA many warranty claims have been a loss to the USA SUPPLIERS. 

Discovery scopes in my research are possible an Aeon or a product of Aeon.

Discovery CHN may have been the contact for bringing the Aeon to the USA and sold them on other sites. That led to the downfall of AEON USA. Selling to the public at the or below the selling price to vendors. Discovery CHN are selling the Discovery scopes on Amazon and possibly some n eBay under another name. 

Discovery scopes are sold by many in the USA and have, as of now, a warranty?

So you once again have another product that hit the Airgun world ,and as many, not followed through with their boasts of quality and lifetime warranty.

Just add AEON to the shim sham list of the Airgun dishonest suppliers

As always this is JMO but as I mentioned the research was full of nothing but bad.
