Karma AEAC Video Review & Owner's Guide - NEW Karma Red Panda .30 (100 Yards Tested x8) FULL REVIEW + 100 FPE Custom Tune - "2025 Spec" Airgun

Hello my friends!

Please enjoy this video review & owner's guide on the new 2025 Spec Karma Red Panda .30, in which I run the gun through my usual detailed tests & evaluation, but also come up with a "Custom AEAC Universal Tune" for it, that performs at a high level with both pellets and slugs... evaluated at 100 yards, 8 times over, and across 6 different brands of pellet & slug.

If you post questions you have in the comments section of the video and/or here, I'll be sure to get them answered!

Thanks!!

Steve

Thanks for your phenomenal video.

I'm experiencing a challenge with my Red Panda (latest version) and was hoping you could help.

While the Panda is amazingly accurate, I don't have the velocity consistency over the considerable number of shots that you have demonstrated in your video.

I'm shooting .22 pellets - JTS 22.07. The first regulator was set at 2900 psi with 4,000 psi in the cylinder. After tuning, I have the second regulator set at around 1200. The hammer spring is set at the second notch and the transfer port is set 5 lines down from max.

The fps is in the 970 range and the sd remains tight (2.27) until about 33 shots, and then the fps begins to fall off.

The cylinder pressure drops to around 2,100 after 53 shots - way above the regulator pressure of 1200 psi. Im using roughly 33 psi (2.28 bar) per shot.

Any suggestions? Is this to be expected, or am I doing something incorrectly? If this is normal, I can certainly live with it.

Your expert advice would be greatly appreciated.

Again, congratulations for another great video.

I believe your first wreck is set up a little too high set it up to about 2000 and then try again if you’re average speed is not faster now a star racing the second rack five psi at a time without touching the hammer you really should be aiming for about 5% higher speed then adjust your hammer that should stabilize the speed throughout the shot string

Thank you for your response. Still doing testing. Will consider trying it. As I observe the fps dropping, the 1st reg pressure is dropping as well to just above the 2000 range. Greatly appreciate your suggestion, although if the first reg pressure drops and is still way above the second reg pressure, why should the fps drop. With my other air rifles, even as the cylinder pressure (no first reg) approaches the regulator pressure, the fps does not fall.

If you reviewed my first post in this thread, I charted the decline in FPS over 53 shots. I've tweaked the Panda a bit and redid testing and stats today as follows:
First full string 46 shots:

I then charted only the first 40 shots:

The stats for the full 46 shots are as follows:

As you can see, the results are rather impressive. The tweaks I performed were only on the hammer spring and transfer port, and were minimal. Overall these findings are very impressive as is the accuracy. The SDs and trend lines reflect the quality and consistency of the Red Panda.
Please feel free to contact me for any questions.
