AEAC Video - Daystate's BIG Surprise!!!

Great video Steve. I have a mk4 and an airwolf so I'm excited by this news I wonder if that unit is meant to be owned by the end-user or will shops purchase them and then charge a minimal fee to flash your gun? I wonder if it will work on guns as old as my Mark 4? But that gun is so good the way it is I don't think I would mess with it. My Airwolf on the other hand, I wouldn't mind the high setting being a bit higher. As for the low setting wouldn't it be cool if you could have just it and Fiddle around till you figure out the right velocity that your low setting might be one or two mil dots Lower than your high setting so you wouldn't really have to resight your gun from high to low. Just thinking out loud I guess

Did anyone ask Daystate why they didn't stick a Bluetooth module in these guns, or failing that a hardware interface to Bluetooth (like some of chronograph)? Then build a Android/iOS app to control it with phones we all carry around.

Yes & yes! Word is they plan on incorporating Bluetooth into their electronic guns. But just like this forum; if they waited to launch a product until ALL of their visions were ready... chances are you'd be waiting a long time. Most enhancements are pushed out in incremental phases.

Since MTC already has the Bluetooth range finder we may even see a complete systems arrangement where the range finder talks to the scope and the scope talks to your gun!

Ahhh technology - love it or hate it?!

When that whole system comes out, I'll program my rifle for "Win EBR" and then sit back and push a button on my phone to pull the trigger! LOL!

What I really like and am surprised by (in a good way) is the use of the LW poly barrel on the HP Wolverine R HP.

@smh77 shows that the BC for the .25 JSB heavies is MUCH better in a LW poly barrel than in the standard LW barrel. We still don't know how the ST and STX barrels compare, but its a step in the right direction, and definitely warranted in the High Power version of the .25 Wolverine R. Info retrieved from AoA web site here. Can you say EBR winner?
