Seem like Polymags in .357 would be a great hunting round for animals <50 lbs with lung/heart shots. Too bad the reviewer said it had a very heavy trigger >8lbs! Non-starter for me.

I’ll really never have a need for a .357 air rifle, but that belt is sweet!

I don't think you'd have to limit yourself to < 50 lbs. It would easily kill Whitetail (whatever your opinions on using a 357 airgun). Just a fact that it would.
I had a 30 cal. Yes the trigger is heavy. The gun itself feels heavy and unbalanced. It's also a little ammo picky. But an absolute beast of a semi auto nontheless. Sold it and got a Challenger Pro 30 instead.
