Anyone know where I can get a new valve stem for the AEA Megalodon .50 cal?? Mine had snapped and the gun started leaking air down the barrel

The pellet shop .give them a message. They help out right away. Its a really easy fix and the new one will be better quality

AEA uses some cheap plastic for their valve pins in spite of knowing full well about this problem - I was told by the guy i bought my gun from to think of the pins as a consumable item if I wanted to keep shooting my .357 Max, I said no thank you and returned it.
Now why a company that is trying to make a splash in the market can't be bothered to use the proper plastic for a valve pin is a question I don't have an answer for

My two megolodons have been good after hundreds of rounds. I did a replacement for someone else no clue why or what happend. But the new ones should last it seems

I have two of them, and I've had no issues with the valve pin on either of them.
Perhaps the later versions use better valve pins than the first batch. If I recall correctly, the first itteration also didn't feature that second fillport on the receiver. So clearly there are different versions floating around.
Still, I will buy some spare ones if I can get my hands on them. I did the same for my T9, even though I never had one break on that one either.

It could be the first gen of models. I have the older style with no second fill port. The valve stem cracked right where the valve spring sits inside. So definitely a lemon part imo
