the longer extended one( can be seen after opening link to Bison air) would help my HPSS PLUS 22 Cal, i can not cock it =arthritis, i did purch one from a member here , but i could not get the oem one off, so i installed it on the 1st gen hpss & it works great.

AEA hp ss 30+ and challenger cocking knob this knob is threaded for m6 x 1.0 threads it can fit on anything with m6 x 1.0 threads this knob can be used on a bolt action but was made for the semi auto guns i have changed the design on the semi auto bolt knob to have 4 knurled lines with 3 groves...
I had these on my Challenger SL 357 and HP SS 30+ ... very nice and very much bling bling as well. You would have to double check if it fits other models, but I think they're all the same.

BinTac has a video showing how to properly pull the bolt back: Stock braced against shoulder, pull back until the tension increases, then thumb at the back of the bolt housing to pull it the rest of the way. I was surprised at how much leverage this gave me and made cocking much easier.

Is there any trick on getting the original cocking handle off, I don't want to mar it up just incase I want to put it back.

My HP plus original handle was plastic on the outside so don’t use a lighter open flame to heat up thread lock if u have this style handle.

I tried the leather and vise grips but it's on there good and I'm even starting to mar it some.

U gotta get the thread lock hot. Just purchased my plus from Pellet shop 2 weeks ago. The thread for the bolt handle had a ton of thread lock on it. Try blow dryer or heat up just the metal part with soldering iron.
