AEA AeA fill port screw backing out

Hello everyone my challenger 357 leaks through the fill port so I heard a rattling and took off the fill port the screw with a washer had backed out (screw not stripped) I tightened it back it has done it again. Can I put blue locktite on it or will it In a fear with the filling of the gun because I am sure it's going to do it again or how many inch pounds should be on said screw
Thanks

I don't have one but looking at exploded diagram:

it appears the fill port is of the same style as SPA and Xisico...a flat-head screw through an O-ring. Does the shank of the screw have a flat spot milled into it? If so, you can apply threadlocker but you will have to be exceedingly careful not to let any get on the O-ring because methacrylate will aggressively attack it. And give it ample time to cure, otherwise the act of filling will blow it onto the O-ring.

What role does part #47 play?
