I have a AEA Standard Custom 25 cal the barrel is huge I'd like to shorten it and the shroud and remove the air tube and install a Bottle has anyone done this. Basically turn it into a Carbine or a Backpacker Thanks Keith

If it is a HP model there is a lot of interchangeability and options available, so I was told.
I have a AEA .357 Terminator and just received a .30 HP SS semi with a 8" barrel.

Everything I see on line is to turn a Bolt action into a Semi I'm just looking for the shorter barrel and Shroud not a complete semi kit or I'm sure someone on here has shortened the barrel and shroud on theirs I have tubing cutters and a DonnFL endcap I believe the thread is a M29 X1.0 hard to get for some reason unless you want to pay a fortune or buy from china and wait a month for it ( not willing to do either since it's a one time use) so I'm thinking cut the shroud down to size and put the donny end cap in and secure it by drilling and tapping holes on both side and securing the endcap with small screws my only real concern here is maintaining accuracy after shortening the barrel.
