AEA 8.72, anyone try them in a .177 TX200?

I’ve used them with excellent results target shooting - in two different FX barrels and an Akela barrel.

I actually bought 5 more tins - wasn’t expecting the 1st tin to do so well.

Definitely performs right with the JSB/FX 10.3s despite the lower weight. I’m very impressed with them.

Ok, just finished testing multiple pellets. Each pellet was shot 5 times at 4 bulls at 10M off a sandbag rest. As you can see, my TX200 seems to like everything except the JSB 7.33 gr. The AEA 8.72 gr shot as well as the others, but the only thing I didn't like about them was that the head size seems to be a bit larger making it difficult to insert the pellet into the barrel. AEAs shot 779 fps and 11.8 fpe. FX 8.4 shot 809 fps at 12.3 fpe. Take your choice.

The FTT 8.64 head size 4.52 you have to push a little harder than the JSB 10.3. Could be the harder lead, both H&N and AEA are harder than JSB.
