Yeah, I had the rings lubed well. I thought maybe the tank could be out of alignment. I thought the tank might have moved forward, but the screws that held it were tight. Well, my buddy took it, so when I get it back, I may try to see if I can get it aligned. Is there any reason we have to take it out as long as the probe is not leaking when filling? He said he liked it in there as he would not lose it. ?? Thanks, for the prompt replies.

Always take the probe out. I know a few people that don't. I've also seen the same people have issues with filling probably due to their o-rings. If you talked to Bin or Jason at BinTac they would always tell you to remove the probe and insert it fully for each fill, and then connect the quick release female adapter after the fill probe is secured in place.
