I have 3 PCPs that just have all the O-rings replaced and I need to set the regulator pressure and hammer spring. May I know what the correct process is ?

Reminds me of the old story of the "mechanic" buying parts for a brake job. He tells the counter guy that its a 1980 Ford, and he needs parts. The make and model was made with both disc and drum brakes, depending on specific trim. So the counter guy asks, "do you need caliper pads or brake shoes?" The guy responds, "well, which is cheaper?"It boggles my mind that people don't mention any information about what brand, caliber or any other RELEVANT info when asking these types of questions! Kinda like "how do I fix my car's brakes?"
