So I am noticing that my Hercules in 35 is very accurate at 25-50 yards... up to 35 yards it’s hole in hole at 50 not hole in hole but very close... at 75 the spread is drastically different 2-3 inch groups.... wind in these test was virtually the same 7-10 SE.... so it’s not a wind issue... does the accuracy drop off that quickly in big bore calibers? Or is this the Hercules issue? Could be a pellet issue but it does it with the only two pellets on the market that fit the Hercules MAG.... it might be a me issue... my brain is still wired in centerfire world where hole in hole should happen with 50 yards spreads with very little adjustment....

A lot is going to depend on how old the gun is and how many shots you've put through, it does take a bit for it to settle down.

Polish your bore
Find the sweet spot in the power curve
For example my Texan doesn't like 3000 psi first two shot are erratic, then next three are dead on then I my power curve drops off.

Pellets are not really ment for long range since they are drag stabilized and the turbulence as they fly tends to throw them off the further they fly. The speed is also important, the faster they fly the more chaotic the air wagging the base around gets. Slugs are much more stable in flight at long range.
The gun has to have no choke or a choke that is not too tight or slug accuracy will suffer. Some guns just will not shoot smooth sided slugs as it's too much swaging going through the choke. No choke then that problem doesn't happen and more and more the big bore rifles are being made with no choke. I don't know if yours does.
You might consider the NOE pellet molds and casting your own, quite a few people have found them better than the swaged pellets. I have the .35 NOEold and several ofy rifles shoot them quite well.... however I rarely shoot pellets, just slugs.

Couple of 3-5 shot groups at 125yds attached below. As can be seen, the 3-5mph winds shifted directions, but the groups were decent. The bottom right group was shot by my 9 yr old son.
