Lazed this guy at 90 yards today, standing adjacent to a wood stake that I shoot regularly when practicing that I know is 86 yards. It was on the ground pecking around when I lazed him at 90. Not knowing if it was reading the fore ground or back ground it was beyond the stake, so I assumed the laser was accurate. So I dialed my elevation turret with scope-weeks thingy to 90, squeezed and heard the familiar thwack! Didn’t even flop! The Taipan .22 shorty was spot on!.

An air rifle & pellet that can create that in a birds head is a keeper...
The .22 Shorty is one of my go to rifles & my favorite truck rifle...

I did aim Hi (at head thinking if POI was low I would still hit bird...was lucky really to hit POA. But this gun and JSB 18,13 is consistent pair!
