A sinister end to a HOSP

I set up the BOG with the Taipan Veteran compact and have been keeping an eye (and ear) out for spatzes (house sparrows) today.

I took the setup to the south room as there have been a lot of crows in the cottonwood North of the house today.

Sure enough there was a male on the power lines, but it was off to the right a ways and the bed I was sitting on did not provide a good angle. So I switched to left handed and nailed him. He was only 30 yards away and the tripod made the shot doable, even though it was left handed.

The wind was from behind, and I was not able to find a body, so I think it was blown into the corn field. Definitely a solid impact and he dropped.
