Which of the new PCP's available today have the most air efficient valves, hammers and ports?

It would probably be between Daystate and FX. There are too many factors to award either the as the "most efficient"

Fx does pretty well. I think the ports on most anything are lacking. However, the new dealta wolf valve should be massively efficient. My Crown, and I believe the impacts utilize semi-balanced valves which are quite nice allowing for much lighter hammers for the relatively high power output

I would say Daystate electronic guns . I’ve seen a medium power tune from the Delta tuning close to 2ci/bar for efficiency. The impact and Crown are certainly good but are not that efficient when cranked up in power.
The valves in the FX are not balanced at all. They are a conventional valve that is laid out a bit differently. A balanced valve would have a balance port on the backside of the poppet at atmospheric pressure to make it open easier.
