A question for Sacramento natives who fill their scuba tanks

Where is a good place to refill your scuba tank? Got a dive shop you personally recommend? Are there dive shops that fill for $5 around this area?

Dolphin Scuba Center in sacramento is my go to dive shop to fill my tanks. $8 to fill to 4500 psi. They know what they are doing as there are numerous airgunners use the dive shop as well.
