Its a good thing @tflats99 isn't my neighbor! Otherwise I'm sure he'd try to convince me to put my Leshiy to work 😂

Just 👀 how effective my new "quiet" tune with the JSB Hades is 💥

Good shot string Michael! 24 FPE is more than enough to get the job done! ;) And those Hades are BRUTAL on GS and rats...

Thanks Mike. I had it tuned to shoots JSB 18g at 830 fps, but that was a bit much for the 250mm barrel. I reduced the reg pressure and the HST. I was aiming for 830 fps AVE with the 15.9g Hades, but it was audibly clear that even one additional turn to the HST (which made it 835 fps) sent it out of balance. The report went from the tune of a quick deep fart, to a long obnoxious bark. Telling me that I was wasting air. Gotta love when you find the sweet spot!

Sounds like a good solid tune. Those are very cool guns. I don't have one but I do have the old school Eddy Lelya in .20 that shoots the 13.7 JSB right at 800 FPS. Accurate little gun out to 60 to 70 yards max, and very fun to shoot.

Isn't it interesting just how a very small adjustment can make a huge difference? I've been trying to get my .22 Cricket mini "in tune" at as high a speed as I can with the 18.1 grain JSB. Didn't feel or sound right at 900, 895, 890, or 885, but when I gave it that last 1/8 to 1/4 turn and speed went to 880, I knew I had hit pay dirt. Its that Ah-HA! moment, that brings a big smile to your face. Its easier to cock, sounds right, feels right, and shoots like a laser beam. And 20 FPS less doesn't make any difference at all...

Awesome Micheal wow we running exact tune now , I am getting 820fps with 12 inch barrel and huma regulator set at 91 bar , its my fun yard gun

LOU

Interesting. I know its not very accurate, but I'm just going off the reading on the HUMA reg. Mine's says about 110b. On my 21st shot the velocity drops to +/- 800fps and the muzzle report gets much louder. If I recall correctly I checked the digital manometer after the 21st shot and it said 104b. Can you share a shot string with us?

@Michael - if you decide to tune further, definitely grab a reg tester! I've had a couple of Leshiys with Huma regs, I've found that the reg tape on both were accurate right at 115, but then they were off by as much as 12-15 bar +/- of that (ditto for my R5's Huma).

Basically I've just been checking the digital manometer after each shot. Yeah, I'd love to get a reg tester.
