A long time ago I needed some springer rated scopes that I could afford.

I had put them away when I got so called better scopes, I was shooting one of those scopes today and it was clear and better than most of the budget scopes I know of.I can not think of a better scope for the price,it is called a TechForce scope.

I have four of them,paid between $65-90 for them,that was over ten years ago...never had a problem with any of them and they were mounted on kicking springers.

I do not know what they are like today,but I like them better than the mid-price Discovery scopes.....or anything else close to their price range,heck I do not know if they are even named TechForce now...properly go by 27 other names now.

Believe it or not there seems to be happy cheap Centerpoint and UTG spring gun users who swear by their durability. Lifetime warranty sounds good too.

I like UTG for airguns. They're tough and clear enough for the distances airgunners normally shoot at. I have had a Bugbuster on an AK for years. Held up fine. For poops and giggles, look up a slow motion youtube vid of an AK recoiling. Pretty amusing.
