Little update......
Went to the range this morning and tested the 9.5 grain slugs in the Thomas, I'd didn't do well. Also tried some 9.25 cup bases as well, didn't really work too good either. Have to experiment with some lighter designs and weights........
But, the TM1000 seemed to digest the 9.25 cup base rather well....i just ran out of them, have to make more.
Here's a group at 55 yards with a slight 3-4 mph wind from right to left. This was about 30-35 shots
So, it's back to the press during the week for me, and create some more interesting designs. Hopefully, I'll find an even better combination..
