I make squirrel barbecue, squirrels and gravy, squirrel and broccoli casserole and will try fried squirrel in the air fryer next. I usually cook the squirrels in a pressure cooker for 20, 30 minutes depending on how many until the meat falls off the bone. I use chicken bouillon and a cup of water in the pressure cooker.

Good hunt you had.......that squirrel and gravy is good. I like to fry them and make gray with either grits or white rice to serve up with them. Never had a squirrel and broccoli casserole.

Here in AZ, when i go to flagstaff to squirrel hunt.

the hind legs i debone them, ground the meat..

make a cheese roll with the ground meat. bred it and frye it

the front legs are soft and i use them as grilled wings
