About two weeks ago I ordered a precision barrel for my Barra 400E as well as several packages of BB’s, a magazine and a speed loader. I knew something was wrong when the USPS tracking showed the package showing up in my area and then being shipped to California. Sure enough, when the package finally arrived it looked like it had been used as a soccer ball. Some of the packing material and the barrel was included but everything else was missing. Fortunately the barrel appeared undamaged.
I figured I was out of luck, but I decided to notify Barra and complain to the post office anyway. I sent out an email and Barra promptly replied, apologized for something they had no control over and asked me to send pictures and list what was missing. I did so and within a couple of hours I got a shipping notice from Barra indicating they were resending all of the missing items.
Now that’s a stand up company and one I can strongly recommend doing business with.
