Looking for a source for 90° M10x1 hpa stainless steel fittings. Female to female, female to male, male to male. I have found brass but want something for hpa.

You might try Titan fittings. I had a very hard time finding them and had to make some additional transitions ( therefore leak points) when modifying my compressor connections.

Didja try Swagelok yet? They make many stainless-steel high pressure fittings but are kinda expensive. They likely have what you seek however.

Yes - everything from China was brass and I’m trying to find stainless steel, but thanks for the suggestion.

Unfortunately no - ended up buying a 1/8 NPTx1/8 NPT stainless steel elbow and used 1/8 NPT foster QD's on each side. Thanks for checking back!
