88 cu in air Venturi tank - leak

I lost one set screw in a PCP EZ fill valve knob on my 88 cu in carbon fiber tank. After re-installing the knob on the tank (using one set screw) and opening the valve it leaks air (seems to be from the top of the tank /valve). Anyone know of a solution? I’m trying to avoid buying a whole new valve.
