would a dual 580cc combo be better?

Depends if you need the extra air volume, I hike into a spot to shoot my gun. So for me I like the added volume, yes it's heavier but saves me from packing in a second bottle if I want to target shoot for hours. 

If you mainly shoot bench or somewhere near a SCBA or something then 580 (or staying 480) might be right for you. 

And yes only 250bar fill on a MK2.

If running high power, away from fill source or just because, I love the 700cc option. The Alsafe bottles are a great product. I’ll soon have adapters to install the 700cc bottles on the Vulcan & Uragán platforms.
