6 year old wants a pcp

My 6 year old daughter wants a pcp, think a leshiy can be dialed down enough for her without getting a sub 12 kit?

Yes no problem, reg goes down to 60 Bar and you can easily reduce the volume of the plenum with a piece of plastic tube - the little Leshiy will be perfect for her

She has shot my leshiy 2, and my matador, just wondering if she can break the barrel on the leahiy to reload or should I go with a magazine style gun?

No problem, just teach her the slap on the back stock trick to brake the lock, when I was a kid my father would buy me a break barrel, the biggest one I could open, if I had known the slap the barrel trick I would have got a Diana 27 instead of the model 22, but never mind, it gave me lots of pleasure

☝The length of pull on the Leshiy Classic might be too long for a 6 year old.

I bought a 12fpe BSA Ultra JSR last year probably be perfect for a 6 year old. It haa a pretty dang short length of pull. It has 1/2unf X20 threads and has a bark to it for such a small little gun. It's one of the lightest guns these days at just under 5 pounds unscoped. A cheap light weight Simmons Aetec side focus could be enough to keep the weight down or a Leupold EFR if you like really nice glass that are light weight.
