I like the second mercy shot. The cost of a pellet is worth it. All the more so since it looked like a clean kill already. Good going.

Awesome video and fantastic shot! I am dying to take a coyote with my .30 Wildcat! I've got her pumping out 90 FPE so it's g great to see the results @ 70 FPE! Great shooting man!

Outstanding video and excellent shot! The yote was cautious and apprehensive. It wasn't spooked by the NiteSite screen glow. FYI. I bought some plastic red filter and cut it to fit my screen to keep the glow down and save my night vision. Such a great video. Your patience is incredible. I think I would’ve tried to whack him three or four times before you shot. Anyways, very entertaining.

Well done, that makes me do want to go with a 30 cal barrel for my Leshiy 2. And both of those are huge coyotes.

I do like my .30 calibers for the coyote and a must on those hard headed coons. Coons are hardest to put down. I am starting work on a new beaver call out should get some good video.

I totally agree with you, but my only apprehension of getting a 30 cal barrel for the Leshiy 2 is the power (ft/lbs) makes it less friendly for other types of pesting / hunting, close quarters around farm buildings / equipment vs a 25 cal.

I shoot lots of farms but am just a cautious of backdrop as with my .25 cals. I do not shoot slugs though for that reason.
