Awesome shooting! I only shoot slugs at distance and am curious, how do you avoid pellet spiraling? I never shoot pellets (well, just for backyard plinking) but I've read a lot about pellets spiraling at distance.
Thanks...The 30s don't seem to want to spiral at 100.

There is no reason you can't. Get a good set of flags and always shoot over them. You cannot help but learn from them. It's best to learn at a shorter distance than 100.

Well thats the thing i don’t seem to be really bad out to 75 its the last 25 that i don’t always do well at and it can often be much worse Than i think it should be

Maybe your over thinking that last 25 yds. Once your projectile starts in s given directiin it will not tract back the other way. What a conflicting opposite wind will do is slow down the path it is on. So if you have say 3 flags to 100 that last flag will usually have the least bearing on where the shot will go unless that wind is much great than any to that point. I belive there can be too much information if you have say 5 flags to 100. First big advantage with flags is to not get caught in a reversal. That also is a good rule, don't shoot in a reversal. Often times depending on conditions you will find 1 or 2 flags tell the truth. Never shoot with out them and you will learn what they are showing you. At a match your flags and clock are your best friends. I also see flags that are in my mind are oversensative. They wiggle and jiggle when you can feel nothing, they never stop. I personally hate spinners kon them.
