I saw this thread and i just want to make certain no people try to replicate this.
If you look closely at the breechblock for the wildcat .30 the transferport is made out of center. This is done in order to be able to have the cocking-rod go through the breechblock with the bigger transferport we use on the .30 caliber.
Due to the transferport not being in center and the barrel being positioned in the center of the breechblock we need to align the transferport in order to get the most amount of air.
This is why the flat spot looks to be misaligned while in reality it is lining up perfectly with the hole in the breechblock.
