You ought to start a fresh thread where the subject can be noticed easier. It may just be different hammer spring, hammer weight, valve size and regulator setting. Possibly to the barrel porting may be smaller. You might look at the parts schematic and find the parts that are idetified and intended for 30fpe versions.

I asked Huma what size o-rings were on the Impact regulator, and they replied that they're 4mm x 1.5mm - 70 shore. I "only" ordered 50

That's just the internal and external for the piston, not the body.

I'm assuming the outside is the same size as stock regulators as well, but I just asked them to make sure.
