Yea, I've been looking for a while for a .357 with a left side cocking for coyote. I hope Kalibregun makes a Cricket 35 with that lever. 125fpe is perfect for JSB 81. They need to be shot slower as they get bigger for accuracy. I currently have a AEA Compact Challenger, it is good enough for the time being, but (of course) it is not up to the quality standard of Edgun, Kalibregun, AGT, Daystate, & FX.

Don't really see the benefits to a .35 pellet shooter. Plenty of .30 calibers that can do the same job and do it better and more efficiently, with heavy slugs too. The caliber change is another one that sounds good on paper until you actually do it. Great for those who love to tinker but a pain in the ass for guys like me who just want to get out and hit game consistently. Spending time to setup, tune and adjust scope etc, only to say screw it, let's change calibers. Time is valuable and pellets can get expensive. At that point I'd much rather just get another gun that's made for the job.

@crossman999 I agree with you in some ways 30 vs 35. However, I know some states, like my home state of Idaho, require a minimum of 35 caliber with a minimum FPE of 350 at the muzzle for big game hunting. So a 35 cal might make it more flexible for the traveling hunter.

Yeah I realize the power and caliber requirements may change between states. I think the OP is a little confused with the difference between a pellet gun and a true Big Bore.

As to your question, I know jack diddly between calibers. But noticed 35 cal JSB for sale and the only gun I found in that size was the impact. Now my next question was , is it beneficial? That is where your feedback is crucial, I’m perfectly happy running pellets/slugs at 30 cal. But have no experience with in for say , coyotes, javelina, pigs, etc.

My advice to you would be to research the game laws for hunting in the state you reside in. Reach out to your local DFW office as sometimes the guidelines can be difficult to follow. Figure out what you plan to hunt and spend the money towards the tool that will get the job done.
