.308 Slayer - 100 yards

Hey guys, did more junk food ballistics yesterday and made an interesting discovery. I re-enacted the canned corn test with my .45 Texan. I thought if the .308 Slayer was dramatic, the Texan would be ridiculous. I was surprised to find the exact opposite.

I froze each slo-mo at the peak of destruction and the difference is dramatic. The steel back stop (obviously) was thumped harder by the Texan, which is set at 350 fpe with NSA 265 HP. However, the can didn’t explode with nearly the same vigor as with the .308 Slayer. What a difference speed makes. There you go, canned corn demonstrating hydrostatic shock, haha.
