.30 FX IMPACT and AEROMAGNUM'S NEW 48gr./.30 HP PRELIMINARY FIELD RESULTS!

Hello Airgunners,

Hope you are all doing great!

Got some news we'd like to share with you.

Today, we finally had a chance to perform preliminary field tests using our 48gr./.30 HP Aeromunition projectile, with the awesome FX IMPACT from 30-yards. Tomorrow, we will reach out to 50-yards, 75-yards and 100-yards. 

Will be sure to post images of the results asap!

Today was the very first time shooting these new .30 from an FX Airgun. Tests were not performed by an FX IMPACT owner, yet still accomplished just a hair under 1-inch shooting 5-shots. Almost a ragged hole.

You shot a one inch group at 30 yards? So at 100 yards they will land anywhere within a 3.3" ring. IMHO, I don't think I'd tell anyone about that until you get them to at least 1 MOA. 

Are these R&D pellets?

Id be surprised if they were accurate at range with a standard smooth twist barrel. With a slug liner (not sure if theyre available in .30) hopefully will be better.

Due to inclement weather, had to postpone further tests. But, plan to do so this weekend, at distances specified in original post.

Further tests will be performed by an Fx Impact Owner this time.

Maybe should have specified more about the conditions of the 30-yard group, but exuses matter not, and imho...the only thing that matters, is actual field test results, not speculation.

We plan to document the tests via video recording, and hope to share great results.

By the way, will try to address questions here asap.
