3-in-one oil

I found a bottle of 3-In-One oil marked silicone. Mostly clear, and I thought it might be good for my Marauder.

However, it is also marked combustible in the fine print. Is it acceptable or not? Got the gun charged today and tried a few shots. Scope is all wrong, so I need to sort that out.

I would not use it. Only use 100% pure silicone oil and grease anywhere it could get in contact with high pressure air.

Super lube grease and RC car shock oil are all you need both are very inexpensive too.

Back in the day, some silicone oils were doped with flammable solvents and propellents. You can still find some today like that, particularly in spray bottles.



Either way, if it says combustible, it isn't worth risking it. Combustible things and high pressure air are no es bueno.
