Nice, is your email all in caps like your vid shows? I don't know if email addresses are case sensitive like passwords are.

No man , I use cap lock in my videos because it's easier to read on mobile devices . Email is alll lower case . Good luck to all

Thanks, I used all caps to send my other email account a message and it went through even though I have no caps in it. Email accounts aren't case sensitive.

I watched your great review of an Arken scope so I emailed them TWICE and never had a single reply back from them. Glad you are able to get through to them but CS doesn’t seem to be a strong point for Arken. Therefore, I spent my hard earned money elsewhere.
