Caught these 2 juveniles slipping on a friends property. I ranged the furthest shot to be 35yds and the closest shot was 33yds. I just purchased the Mk2 compact from Revoman and it's been showing out! I first pulled some patches and buttons through the barrel "thanks to Patchworm" not too shabby only took 3 patches and 1 button to come out clean.
I then sighted her in at 25yds in the back yard the furthest I can shoot. The accuracy was pellet on pellet as expected! The brand new Athlon Argo ffp 6-24×50 performed as well, very nice scope for the money. (I got lucky no mushy turrets!)
I took her out yesterday and did some trail runs with the scope and Strelok all was good matching numbers for dialup and holdovers. I slapped a starling off a branch at 77yds using holdover took 1 shot saw my aim point & adjusted my 2nd shot and
smack dead in the chest.
I saw another tree with some grackles at 63yds
2 down center mass loud pops with one hanging upside down for a couple seconds which was cool to see through the scope! Wish I would had hooked up the sideshot scope cam to the WC epic first kills.
Now on to these 2 dummies, they first ran off under some bush when I rolled up in my truck. I was ranging the area and that's when I noticed 1 groundhog under the bush barely noticable to the naked eye. The 2nd one was brave and came back out into the open to start back grazing, the first one stayed put at least for the moment.
The killer in me said to shoot the 2nd one before I lost out on both. I held back and setup in my truck window and the first one came out in the open at 35yds grazing with its sibling, bad idea
I took the first one with a head shot complete pass through with the gymnastics routine following
.
The second one had no idea that a murder was just committed on its sibling." The Donnyfl Sumo did a excellent job keeping the WC stealthy enough to be able to make both shots possible." I quickly reloaded and took the second groundhog with another headshot and the same result was a show of flipping and earthworming looked like the Electric Boogaloo

. I wanted to share my adventure with you guys since I never post any shots. Hope you enjoyed the read as much as I enjoyed sharing!
