I finally got my sample pack measured and weighed. I had intended to test these pellets based on head size, but after some of the brands measured such wide variances in head size I decided to weigh them. Weights were also inconsistent. I used my PelletGage and a Lyman Micro-Touch 1500. The scale is accurate to 0.1gn.

For my initial test fire at 25yards I mixed all these back into the box they came in. I decided since there was so much variance in the pellet measurements the test would be "out of tin".
Fired from Benjamin Marauder .25 with 1:18in twist fully rifled choked barrel.
Top five groupings were, 1. JSB Exact 25.40gr, 2. JSB Predator 26.00gr, 3. H&N Hollowpoint 26.23gr, 4. H&N Baracuda Hunter 27.47gr, 5. Beeman Kodiak Match 31.02gr. Without sorting and testing for specific head size and just using averaged data, it appears my barrel prefers 6.38 heads.
50yard test to follow when I have time and favorable wind.
