.25 or .30

30 is my br caliber, but by end of year, I’ll have a 25 br setup also, and see how they do side by side. Basically same gun, just slightly shorter barrel. I’m excited to see the difference. May the best bc win!

What gun? What ammo (slugs/pellets)? Give some pertinent info & you'll get a more pertinent answer.

I will agree with the current responses as well. Either can be "the best" in your gun(s). Chose your projectile and tune your gun. Rethink if necessary. You know the routine. Right?

a lot are using .30, then .22. Im hearing the 33gr .25 BC is higher than .30 so....Im looking into a .25 myself, have been. Cheaper than .30 to shoot and not terribly far off on weight. But I haven't shot one yet, I use .22 myself.

Never had much success with the .25. I shoot 22 most of the time for 100 yd, but sometimes a 30.
