.25 Marauder packs a wallop

On the way home from the farmers market on our bikes my son found a piece of mystery metal on the ground. It's light and thin but REALLY strong. We tested it with a magnet and it is non-ferrous. It might be an aluminum alloy but it definitely isn't standard aluminum. The boy asked me to try shooting it. I couldn't bend it at all so I didn't expect the airgun to make a dent. Boy was I wrong.

Nice! Maybe put a bit of salt solution or a corrosive solvent you have sitting around on it and set that in the sun. The oxidation should give you an indication of what type of metal it is.

I have a WARized .25 Marauder, and I agree. But if you want to see what a big airgun can do, shoot a heavy pellet (200 grain) at a 4x4 with a 357 or 9mm. They go right through!

True, but that's hard to do in my backyard. My bulldog is fun, but the marauders is just so much fun for the money.
