If im not mistaking on average it will shoot mid to upper 700s. I just going by some of the info/reviews I have ran across on the net. Im sure thats plenty to take small critters at that distance. Hell I do it with Leshiy in both .22 and .177 not using the longer barrel. I have no doubt you could get more out of it even with the 250mm barrel. I tuned mine to shoot the 10 grain .177 JSBs at 942fps. Funny thing is that with the same tune I am tossing the polymags at 1014fps on average. Crazy thing is that they did not shoot to bad at that speed and made a nice sound when smacking into pigeons and sparrows. That was between 40-50 yards. So dont discount the .22 and .177 options for it. Oh. I am running the stock regulator and have not tinkered with it.

Don't know if this count but I have a 25 cal 350mm barrel, already with Huma reg set at 110 bar. Shooting 25.4 gr at 815 fps. The peak velocity is at 830fps, my setting is 1 click lower. With the right hold, 1 rugged hole at 25 yds and sub 1 inch at 50. Once I forget the hold it jumps all over lol.

Will try a lower tune say 30 ft lbs and see how it goes next time I go to the range.
