I think one end is left hand tread the other right hand thread so the shaft would move left or right but length would stay the same. I could be wrong

There is not 2 stagged holes to adjust. What are you talkimg about. There is only one set screw and this is not adjustable.

Mods:
barrel port 6mm taper to 5.4mm
matched port to probe hole.
Added weight (2g) to hammer
reg 120/125 bar
Valve showing 4 lines-max (any turn in reduces velocity/turning out =no effect)
Power wheel 5
heavy mk1 are running 850fps
king 25.4 950fps
going to shoot some groups again, 25.4 were clover leafing at 50meters before this.
hoping mk1 or mk2 will be usable to hunt at 100m.
Noticed massive difference in the sound as the valve is turned in. as soon as velocity starts to drop -4lines, the note sounds 'crispier' psssst instead of a 'phuuuttt'
side note: my. 22 barrel is still stock, no mods and the above settings give 950fps on max,5 and 4... 3 drops to 880s. Jsb exact 16gr
