Air Venturi .25 Cal Pellet Recommendations for Avenge-x?

I'm about to pull the trigger on an Avenge-x in .25 with a .22-barrel kit. This would be my first .25 so I need to by .25 pellets to see what the gun likes.

Any suggestions on what pellets I should add to the order?

Mostly planning on using the .25 for 100 & 50 yard paper shooting. I'm limited to .22 for hunting, but I have lots to .22 to use for testing.
Just out of curiosity, you can't use anything above .22 caliber for airgun hunting in your state ? (edit) I checked the PA site for hunting regs in your state. I wonder if some officials ever use Google / Syri search for common information. Oh well...

Although I've never owned an Avenger, I've owned about a thousand assorted every other airgun. I start accuracy testing with any airgun not specifically designed for slugs with JSB pellets appropriate for the power-level of the gun I'm testing. You should, too.

I know. Silly, a .17 WSM at 400 FPE is ok for hunting, but a .25 PCP is not.

That is for public land hunting. Finding a permission in this densely populated state is tough.

Someone would need to make a proposal to the DEEP. Then there might not be enough popular support to make it happen. The state is very archery and firearms focused. General hunting on public land is limited to archery, .22 and under rimfire, and shotguns. Big bore air would be in keeping with the idea of limited projectile travel on public lands.

I have to use a public range to shoot to 50 yards and I am the only air guy regularly shooting there. I met one guy who owns a big bore Air Force gun, but he hardly shoots it.

Mine loves the JSB Hades out of the box.
