.25 cal jsb heavy 34gr speeds

900 thereabouts is good .. havent tried to push them faster, trust me you pop a fluffy tail with one of those dont matter where you hit it, its not gonna be a good day for him lol .. slower, no, i dont like messing around trying to deal with trajectories i dont know and wind meh ..seems like it doesnt phase them, i was shooting the other day with probably 10mph crosswind at 70ish out to the fence and it may have been pushing over 1/4" or something ... nothing i noticed anyway .. they certainly werent getting out of sorts .. thise big old pellets just lazer right in where you aim .. its the death angel for anything out there begging for it thats for sure lol ...

With the Impact I have pushed them from 750 to 1000fps. They shoot best for me at 915-920 and that is shooting 100 yards.
With the Safari on high power it pushes them at 950fps, on med 875fps and on low almost 800fps on the head. All 3 power levels are very accurate but I like the extra shots I get on med power (875) so I leave it there.
I was just shooting today with 15mph cross winds at 50yards the difference was minimal between high and med power but that was at 50 not 100yards. Had to hold to the crosshairs left 3.5 mils as the wind was coming from left at a 90 degree angle.
Every barrel is different so you will have to test to see what speed your barrel likes.

hope this helps,

Butch

I run my Brocock Bantam Sniper HR shooting .25 JSB King Heavy MKIIs 33.95 grain Diabolo pellets 825-835fps with good consistent results from 50-65 yards. Within that distance I don’t notice much of a impact from wind, but where I usually am shooting there are obstructions at different points within this range until about the last 10 yards at 50 yards. At 65 mph I catch wind at the muzzle and target with wind breaks along the way in between. I also usually shoot when it’s gusty. I don’t think I’ve shot them in constant wind or winds higher than 17-20mph.
